Grocery Mate - Easy to Use Shopping List App Reviews

Same basic functions as other apps. ShopShop used to be the only one that allowed multiple lists in the unpaid version but this has a nicer aesthetic.

I love that I can sync this between my iPad and phone. It makes it easier for me to remember all the miscellaneous items that need to be purchased on a weekly basis. I would give this 5 stars if I could change the categories for items and add my own categories. Most of my items fall in other even if they should be grocery.

I love the cost feature, but need to be able to cross items off as you buy them!

I have used "ShoppingList" for a long time, but it doesnt work with iOS 6. So I found this app and chose it, because four family members need to sync with one list. It takes a little bit for syncing to push through, but it works. Allows for multiple lists (for different stores). A solid shopping app, especially for those who need to sync across devices.

Great app

Not a great app. It would be better if you could add categories and organize them so you can shop per category. It would also be nice if you put in the price on an item and it would save it so you dont have to keep putting in the same price. Shopping list is better if it worked with ios6. This app isnt a very good replacement

I like this app a lot. You can make multiple lists and if you dont want an item on that trip you can just cross it off and uncross it when you do need it. Also you can keep track of spending. Ive used this now got several months, just added an account online for backup list and ease of input.

Very easy to use. However it would be nice if the items can be alphabetized whether they are within the categories or listed individually. Also, I would like the option to add other amount types, eg. ea, pcs, etc. I would like a "bag" option for that field. Lastly, it would be great if there was freeze pane to split the input area from the already populated list so you dont have to scroll all the way up to get to the top to enter a new item.

I have been using this app for a while, when all of a sudden it ask to push notifications and I cancelled that request. Then is asked to use my location and I say no to that. Then what looks like a piece of paper taped in front of my current list and on this piece of paper is a bunch of gibberish. I had to shut it app down before that message went away. The gibberish looked like it was a question, with two icons to choice from.

You cannot change the order if the items, which is pretty ridiculous. Im sorry I paid money for this app. What a waste.

This is a great app. The only thing i see that i would change is the cost section. I used it once and i cant delete the calculations. I would love to see that part change. When i buy groceries i keep a running total so i stay within my budget. If i could delete the calculations from the previous week then i could calculate the total for the current week. Instead what it does is the calculations are tabulated from the previous week. If u were to change this part, this would be an even greater app.
